Working fine. 2GB/day is more than enough for me

I got 5G network in central Hanoi and HCMC. This is a 5G SIM card. The speed on 5G is about 400Mb/s, on 4G is about 120Mb/s in city, 50Mb/s in remote areas.

I bought one wintel one for myself and one Viettel one for my spouse. This Viettel one worked better in most of places that I visited. Smooth facetime calling with my family in Australia. It took them half a day to send the esim to my email, should buy in advance.

I only got about 100Mb/s download, 60Mb/s upload in Hanoi center, only about 40Mb/s up/down in Bac Can, enough to view 4k youtube videos. But this is considered quite low for a 4G. They said it’s the best option I can get, whatever, it’s cheap and working.

Quick and easy support. I mistakenly chose the physical card but then I want an esim. They gave me a link to pay the difference and sent me the esim in 3 hours. The sim working fine, the Viettel has an app so that I can see how much data I have left. 2G is more than enough for a day for me.

Esim working fine. I received it 3 days before my trip to Vietnam (they said they have to activate it first, so I only has 27 days left). Download/upload in Hanoi about 120/80Mb/s

It’s working out of the box. However they activated it 3 days before I came. So I only had 27 days. I only stay for 2 weeks, so it’s okay though.
